This is our approach to protecting our customers' privacy.
We do not sell or rent our customer mailing list to anyone at any time for any reason. We hate spam as much as you do.
If you purchase a product on this site, we will include you on our customer email list. That means we may email you product announcements occasionally.
Our hard-copy catalogs are usually snail-mailed only once per year. Other than shipping soap to you, catalog-mailing is the only time we use your mailing address.
If you don't want to get emails from us, or mail of any kind, you can let us know by emailing us or clicking the link at the bottom of an email we've sent you.
We have thousands of customers and we treat them like friends. We hope you'll be one of them!
And now, for those of you who are technically astute and want more information about what our server can and cannot glean about you from your visits, here's more specific information.
Our Web server automatically recognizes registered customers who have established an account with us. Until you establish an account, you are an 'anonymous' visitor.
We only collect information that you volunteer to us. We collect no personal information secretly as you browse our Web page.
With respect to cookies: We use cookies to record session information, such as items that you add to your shopping cart. We also record user-specific information on what pages users access or visit, and past activity in order to provide better service when visitors return to our site. Our intention in monitoring this type of information is to offer our customers better service by designing - or re-designing - a more effective web site.

With respect to security: Our website uses industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving consumer data exchanged with our site. When we transfer and receive sensitive financial information, we redirect visitors to a secure server and will notify visitors through a pop-up screen on our site. We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site. We are a 'Mom and Pop' operation, with only Mom and Pop having access to your personal and financial information.
