Other handmade soapmaking workshops are scheduled from time to time here at The Soap Shed, The Biltmore Estate, The John C. Campbell Folk Art School, and other heritage craft locations. The workshops we list on our site are all taught by Dr. Tim Tyndall, a retired university professor who has taught botany, chemisty and biology. Tim created all the recipes we use in making Soap Shed handmade soaps. Please contact us at the Soap Shed if you are interested in registering for any of our workshops.
